Below are some frequent questions that we get asked. More information about us can be found on our about page.

Ordering & Shipping

Where do you ship from?

We are based in the North West of the UK.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to the UK currently.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

1-3 days until dispatch. Delivery will vary based on location (usually 2-3 days).

What shipping carriers are available?

We ship all orders using trusted carriers — DPD and Evri. Both offer reliable and fast delivery, plus tracking so you can keep an eye on your package every step of the way.

Orders & Returns

Can I cancel/change my order?

Please contact us either via the live chat or via the contact form ideally soon after you place the order so we can amend/cancel it before we ship.

Do you accept returns?

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely happy, you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return — just make sure the item is close to the same condition that you received it in.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us. Please contact us at gm_attire@outlook.com to start the process.

For full details on how returns, refunds, and exchanges work (including exceptions) please see our Refund Policy page.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

In rare cases, an order maybe lost or damaged, in this case we will work with you to find a resolution. Different shipping carriers offer better help than others but rest assured we will do our best to rectify the issue even if we have to compensate ourselves.

Products & Authenticity

Are your items authentic?

While we can never be 100% certain that every single item is genuine, we take authenticity seriously. Each piece is carefully compared against verified examples (where possible) to check for any inconsistencies in labels, stitching, materials, or branding. In some cases we are able to use platform-based authenticity services, such as Vinted’s and eBay’s official checks, to give you extra peace of mind.

Most of our stock is sourced from trusted resale platforms, but we also buy directly from outlet stores and online sales — so you might even grab a brand-new bargain at a second-hand price.

How do you describe an item condition?

  • New (this can be with packaging or without)
  • Like new (shows no signs of wear)
  • Excellent (close to brand new, maybe worn a few times)
  • Very good (lightly worn, usually between 2 and 10 times and no wear to the soles)
  • Good (fairly worn but with plenty of life left)
  • Satisfactory (numerous defects and only good for leisure for a short period of time)
